Flux Theatre Ensemble announces a new performance schedule for their World Premiere of Metra: A Climate Revolution Play with Songs, a speculative mytho-musical drama written by Emily and Ned Hartford with songs by Ned Hartford, directed by Emily Hartford. The show, which was previously announced to run October 28-November 18, will now run October 28-November 12 at the Abrons Arts Center.

The Public Theater's revival of A RAISIN IN THE SUN written by Lorraine Hansberry and directed by Tony Award nominee Robert O'Hara, now in previews, will officially open on Wednesday, October 19, and run through Sunday, November 6. Get a first look at photos here!

The documentary, titled Idina Menzel: Which Way to the Stage?, will showacse the Tony winner's life and career leading up to her headlining concert at Madison Square Garden after a national tour. It will feature footage of Menzel onstage in Wicked and Rent, alongside interviews with her family, friends, co-stars, and creative collaborators.

Producer Jeffrey Seller and Broadway at the Tennessee Theatre have announced that single tickets for HAMILTON will go on sale to the public on October 24, 2022, at 10am.

The Henry Hewes Design Awards committee announced that legendary lighting designers Jules Fisher and Jennifer Tipton will each be honored with the Ming Cho Lee Award for Lifetime Achievement in Design, bestowed by the Henry Hewes Design Awards at the 58th annual event on October 24 in a livestream awards ceremony.

Beginning on November 9 and running through December 11, Studio Theatre will bring Duncan Macmillan's People, Places & Things to the stage. The play will be directed by Studio Theatre Artistic Director David Muse, making his first in-person directorial appearance since the pandemic, and will be only the second production in Studio Theatre's new Victor Shargai Theatre.

The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) has just announced the first major New York revival of Lorraine Hansberry’s The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window, directed by Obie Award winner Anne Kauffman at the BAM Harvey Theater beginning February 4 and opening February 23, 2023.

The design team has been announced for Vineyard Theatre's Sandra. The newly announced design team includes scenic design by Tony Award winner Rachel Hauck, costume design by Tony Award winner Linda Cho, lighting design by Thom Weaver, and sound design by Kathy Ruvuna.

San Francisco Playhouse will continue its 20th Anniversary season with the imaginative and exhilarating hit musical adaptation of William Shakespeare's As You Like It. Helmed by San Francisco Playhouse's Artistic Director Bill English with music direction by Dave Dobrusky and choreography by Nicole Helfer, As You Like It will perform November 17, 2022 – January 14, 2023.
