The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant is Third Space's latest remix smash-up of theatrical form and style.

Award-winning theater company the Civilians presents its popular cabaret series, Let Me Ascertain You, at Joe's Pub at the Public Theater on Monday February 13, 2017, at 7:30 pm.

The FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training continues its 2016-17 season with contemporary playwright Adam Bock's THE DRUNKEN CITY. A high-energy comedy about life and love, the production is directed by returning guest artist Jesse Jou, whose work was last seen on the FSU/Asolo Conservatory stage in 2014 with How I Learned to Drive.

Folger Theatre continues its celebrated 25th anniversary season with As You Like It, one of Shakespeare's most beloved comedies. Directed by Gaye Taylor Upchurch, this classic tale filled with love, laughter, and mistaken identity features original songs composed by Heather Christian and dances by Alexandra Beller. As You Like It is on stage from January 24 through March 5, 2017.

Ars Nova and WP Theater are pleased to present the world premiere of Sundown, Yellow Moon (February 28-April 1), a nighttime play, with songs, by Rachel Bonds, directed by Anne Kauffman (OBIE and Drama Desk Award winner), with songs by the indie-folk duo The Bengsons (Hundred Days) and additional lyrics by Bonds.
