Queen Kidjo will hold court during season 15 of the award-winning documentary series AfroPoP: The Ultimate Cultural Exchange.

Come to Playhouse on Park for 90 minutes of laughs on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at 8pm. Jess Miller and Corey Manning are set to co-headline. BYOB! Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show. Tickets are $20, all seats reserved. 

Hot on the heels of announcing a major Autumn nationwide extension for his biggest ever international tour, Phil Wang (That's My Time with David Letterman, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Live At The Apollo) announces an extra London show at the Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith on the 23rd February 2024.

The Royal Court Theatre has announced it will present four new works between April and August 2023 as well as a Tony Award-winning Broadway transfer in 2024.

This time of year, most know the most important people in the industry are sadly not anyone putting on a show, but rather the Tony nominators. Usually, this is the time that many selected nominators start dropping out, typically because of involvement in an eligible production or failure to see all eligible productions. This season, we’ve so far had very few recusals, so as of now there is a pretty full slate.

In 2023, Out of the Box Theatrics (2022 Drama Desk nominee for Baby) will present staged readings of four new works as part of their annual Building the Box Series. The Series will kick off with THE END OF ALL FLESH, a post-Apocalyptic bluegrass musical by Tony Award winner Greg Kotis (Urinetown). It will be presented March 27 at 1PM and 7PM at TheaterLab.

London’s hottest new comedy night is coming to Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre this summer. The bimonthly night will see some of the UK’s top stand-up comedians joined by fresh faces who are gathering huge followings online.

Tito Puente, Jr. carries his father’s musical legacy with him imprinted on both his physical being and locked in his soul. Son of the legendary Latin artist, Tito Puente, Sr. the younger Puente will celebrate the “King of Latin Music” with a performance on Thursday, March 30 at 7:30PM at Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center in West Chester.

The active rock outfit consists of Triston Bracht (vocals), Mitch Micoley (guitar), Dave Orton (bass), and Troy Wageman (drums). Wilbury Theatre Group has announced the cast and creative team for the Rhode Island premiere of the Tony Award-winning play Indecent by Paula Vogel, directed by Susie Schutt from April 13 - May 7, 2023.

Oliver Tompsett will star as Edward Lewis from Tuesday 4 April 2023 in PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL at the Savoy Theatre until Sunday 18 June 2023 when the production leaves London ahead of embarking on a UK and Ireland Tour opening at the Birmingham Alexandra Theatre on 17 October 2023. Casting for the UK and Ireland Tour to be announced.

An invitation-only reading of Afrika Brown’s new play, The Fight, will be presented as a part of The Apollo Salon Series in Manhattan on Friday, March 17th. The Apollo Salon Series, a part of The Apollo New Works initiative, provides development support for contemporary new work across artistic disciplines. The series expands on The Apollo’s tradition of nurturing artists and projects by providing a one-week residency.

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present Billboard-charting and two-time MAC Award-winning songwriter Billy Recce on Monday, March 31 at 7:00 PM.

As part of the first international staging outside of the United Kingdom, the Olivier Award nominated play, Cruise, written and originally performed by Jack Holden, heads to Cape Town, South Africa to The Homecoming Centre (formerly The Fugard Theatre) from 12th - 30th April 2023.
