Marking the 25th anniversary of the John Waters' original film, Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly brings together an all-star cast of Broadway, film and TV stars for the full symphonic production of the Broadway musical, Hairspray. Hairspray: In Concert! will premiere with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra tonight, Jan. 11-13, 2013, and with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Jan. 24-27, 2013.

Evan Greenspoon directs a cast of seven including Stephanie Streisand, Michael Hartney, Richard "Big Rich" Armstead, Adam Bozarth, Caroline Cotter, Matthew Frazier, and Douglas Widick. The 2017 Tony Awardz will run at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, 307 West 26th Street, in New York City tonight, December 17th at 9:30pm.

Writers in Performance is a 12-week poetry, writing and performance workshop culminating in public presentations. Throughout the course of the workshop, ten talented actors, playwrights, poets and storytellers have explored writing exercises, theater games, improvisation, movement techniques, and ensemble work in a safe, creative environment on the topic of "Anticipation." Writers in Performance participants are diverse by design; not only in ethnicity, but by age, and experience as well, mixing professionals with students.
