Coast to Coast Music Theatre & Voice Intensive has announced its inaugural session to take place this summer, July 16th through July 20th, 2018 in Tualatin, Oregon at the Living Savior Lutheran Church.

Celebration Theatre presents under the artistic direction of Michael Matthews & Michael A. Shepperd, present the third and final show in its 2017 2018 season, CABARET, book by Joe Masteroff (based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood), music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, choreography by Janet Roston, musical direction by Anthony Zediker and directed by Michael Matthews. The Outre Theatre Company announces its final production of the 2017/18 season, the sensational Hedwig and the Angry Inch, book by John Cameron Mitchell, music and lyrics by Stephen Trask. Starring the multi-talented Mike Westrich as Hedwig and the award-winning Kat Gold as Yitzhak, Hedwig and the Angry Inch is a glorious celebration of the genderqueer and the outsider, and is a fitting capstone to Outre's sixth full season.

Broadway actor Nicolas Womack, also known as Nick Womack (Bring It On! The Musical) excitingly joins the songwriters of new original Hip-Hop musical 'Bump It!' as the team continues developing the project's material in preparation for the series of five workshops being held in Orlando, FL and New York, NY beginning March 2018 thru August 2018.

The Theatre Group at SBCC will present will be the comedy thriller COMMUNICATING DOORS by Alan Ayckbourn, directed by Katie Laris, February 28-March 17, 2018  in the Garvin Theatre. This intricate, time traveling, comic thriller by the British master of farcical comedy delighted London and New York audiences.

More than two dozen young actors in Tennessee were named to the Class of 2018 Most Promising Actors during festivities at Midwinter's First Night, the event produced to recognize outstanding productions and personalities of the previous year's theatrical season.

'Three on a Match' by Rhett Martinez is an allegorical drama examining the legacy of state terrorism in Latin America. It will be the 50th Anniversary production of IATI Theater Todo Vanguardia, a performing arts organization located at 64 East 4th Street, which is devoted to contemporary, cutting-edge Latino works. The drama examines, absurdly and gravely, the terrifying plague of 'disappearances' during Argentina's 'Dirty War' of 1974-83 and similar experiences of countries across South America in ensuing decades. Written and performed in English, it will be directed by Eric Parness.

Anthony J. Piccione's powerful piece about teen suicide opens this week at the Hudson Guild, 441 W 26th St, New York City on on January 25@ 9pm; January 26 @ 6:15pm and January 28 @ 8:30pm. 'What I Left Behind' explores teen suicide, its impact, and the repercussions it has on those left behind in a story about a young high school student suffering from severe depression brought on by bullying at the hands of classmates, who shocks everyone by taking her own life.

Rafael Moreno's family drama Fotos, which played to packed houses and critical acclaim last summer at The Producers Club, will return to the same venue by popular demand starting with previews on Thursday February 8.
