Long Island Children's Museum Names New President Erika S. Floreska

Long Island Children's Museum announced that Erika S. Floreska has been named President of the accredited museum following a rigorous national search. Floreska, succeeds President Suzanne LeBlanc, who is retiring after 17 years in the role. Floreska will step into her new position effective June 3.

Opening Friday, March 10th, for a limited 6 show run, the production is a breathtaking collage that explores the depths to which humanity can sink and the heights of compassion of which we are capable.
Edgerton Foundation New Play Awards Announce First And Second Rounds Of 2022-23 Recipients

Theatre Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for theatre, has announced the recipients of the first and second rounds of the 2022-23 Edgerton Foundation New Play Awards. The awards, totaling $725,000, allow 17 productions extra time for the development and rehearsal of new plays with the entire creative team, hoping to extend the life of the world premiere play after its first run.
