Barn Theatre Announces Schools Digital Tour Of PETER PAN

The Barn Theatre have announced today that their reimagined one-man production of J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan will be available for schools to live stream as part of an “international digital tour”.

The Pemberley Plays Are Back via Zoom with Main Street Theater

This December Main Street Theater is bringing back the holiday favorites Miss Bennet and The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley via live, staged readings on Zoom. Main Street has been offering the Pemberley plays - based on Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice and written by acclaimed playwright Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon - for the last few seasons.

LA Opera Postpones or Cancels Remaining 2020/21 Season Programming

LA Opera announced today that it is postponing, reimagining or canceling all currently scheduled in-person programming for the remainder of the 2020/21 season due to concerns for artist and patron safety regarding COVID-19. Recent news regarding the development of vaccines has reinspired confidence in the company's ability to return to normal production for the 2021/22 season, which will be a combination of rescheduled and new programming. 

WHAT A CARVE UP! Extends Until 2 December

The Barn Theatre in Cirencester, the Lawrence Batley Theatre in Huddersfield and the New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich have today announced that following overwhelming critical and public acclaim their digital co-production of Henry Filloux-Bennett's reimagining of Jonathan Coe's critically acclaimed satirical novel, What a Carve Up!, has been extended until 2 December.

LPTW To Present Gilder/Coigney International Theatre Award Program

The International Committee of The League of Professional Theatre Women (Mary Hodges and Shellen Lubin, Co-Presidents), an organization which has been championing women in the professional theatre for over three decades, will present a week-long virtual presentation of the 2020-21 Gilder/Coigney International Theatre Award Program, co-presented with the Martin E.
