There's 36 hours to go until voting closes in this year's BWW:UK Awards - but can Miss Saigon hang on to the lead in all its categories?

Miss Saigon, Les Miserables and Urinetown are all leading the musical theatre categories in this year's BWW:UK Awards - with Saigon stars Eva Noblezada, Kwang-Ho Hong, Rachelle Ann Go and Jon Jon Briones all out in front in the performance categories.

BAFTA winning and Golden Globe nominated actor James McAvoy (Filth, The Last King of Scotland, Atonement, X-Men) returns to Trafalgar Transformed, following his performance in Jamie Lloyd's Macbeth, which launched the first Trafalgar Transformed season and earned him an Olivier award nomination for Best Actor, and for the production a nomination for Best Revival. McAvoy will play Jack, the 14th Earl of Gurney, in the first revival of Peter Barnes' satirical comedy, The Ruling Class, directed by Artistic Director, Jamie Lloyd. The production runs from 16 January to 11 April 2015, with press night on 27 January. Design is by Soutra Gilmour, with lighting by Jon Clark and sound by Ben and Max Ringham.

The Old Vic, DigitalTheatre.com & CinemaLive are delighted to announce that The Old Vic's five-star, sold-out production of Arthur Miller's The Crucible directed by Yael Farber and starring Richard Armitage ('The Hobbit', 'Into the Storm') will be screened in over 350 cinemas across the UK for two screenings only, Thursday 4th & Sunday 7th December 2014. The splash hit and multi Tony award-winning musical Urinetown directed by Jamie Lloyd has announced a special charity performance gala to support Water.org on Monday 20 October in London. In conjunction with Urinetown's West End transfer, the gala will introduce this new collaboration with Water.org to raise awareness of the global water crisis.

Simon Paisley Day (Musketeers, Doctor Who, Titanic, Sherlock, Spartacus, Being Human) will be reprising his critically-acclaimed role as the tyrannical Caldwell B. Cladwell, the machiavellian Head of UGC (Urine Good Company) in the West End transfer of Jamie Lloyd's ground breaking, splash hit production of URINETOWN The Musical.

Joining Carly Bawden, Simon Lipkin, Mike McShane, Andy Nyman, David Roberts and Catherine Tate are Stewart Clarke, Harry Morrison, Aaron Tveit and Jamie Parker. The production opens on 1 December 2014, with previews from 21 November, and runs until 7 March 2015.

Two internationally acclaimed productions receive their London premieres at the Young Vic in 2015. Bull, Mike Bartlett's dark workplace comedy will run 8 January - 7 February 2015. Lippy, an exploration of a real-life Irish tragedy and a major hit at the Dublin and Edinburgh Festivals, will run 19 February - 21 March 2015.

The Daily Mail writes that director Jamie Lloyd has 'amicably' left the team of the new BACK TO THE FUTURE musical adaptation, just before the show was set to begin workshops in Los Angeles and London. Lloyd and Bob Gale -- screenwriter for the three BACK TO THE FUTURE films -- 'disagreed over the production's direction.'

According to a Tweet by Baz Bamigboye, theatre columnist for the Daily Mail, there is a rumor floating around that Roger Bart will play 'Doc Brown' in the upcoming workshop of the new BACK TO THE FUTURE musical by Jamie Lloyd.

Olivier Award winning Jenna Russell, star of the RSC, Jonathan Slinger, and EastEnders' Marc Elliott, reprise their acclaimed roles, Penelope Pennywise, Officer Lockstock and Mr. McQueen respectively, in the West End transfer of Jamie Lloyd's ground breaking, splash hit production of Urinetown The Musical.

Gina McKee (Di & Viv & Rose, King Lear, Ivanov, Our Friends In The North, Notting Hill) plays Queen Elizabeth, alongside the previously announced Martin Freeman (Clybourne Park, The Hobbit, Sherlock, Fargo) as Richard III in Jamie Lloyd's first production of his second season at Trafalgar Transformed, Richard III, running through 27 September, with press night on 8 July. Yael Farber directs a visceral re-imagining of Arthur Miller's modern American masterpiece, The Crucible, at Old Vic, which began previews on June 24. Miller used his play about the Salem witch trials to draw parallels with his experience of McCarthy's anti-communist investigations in the 1950's. The Crucible tells the story of one man's fight to save his identity in a repressive Puritan community where intolerance collides with lust and superstition, fueling widespread hysteria with tragic results.

Director Jamie Lloyd's critically acclaimed, sell-out production of Urinetown The Musical, will transfer to the Apollo Theatre, running from 29 September 2014.
