Shiver me timbers!  Rocky Mountain Rep opens The Pirates of Penzance this weekend — Friday, June 16th, and Saturday, June 17th at 8:00pm.

Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre has announced the casting for their 2023 summer season!  The productions for the summer are Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, The Pirates of Penzance, and Something Rotten!.  And returning in the fall season will be Rocky Mountain Rep’s signature production, Almost Heaven: Songs of John Denver.

The Toledo Rep and Actors Collaborative Toledo join together to present their first ever repertory productions with the staging of Our Town by Thorton Wilder and Middletown by Will Eno. Audiences will have several opportunities to see both performances offered during the run on alternating dates.

It's time to blast off for a good time as Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Academic Theater and Dance program presents the campy jukebox musical "Return to the Forbidden Planet." This cult classic comes to MCCC's Kelsey Theatre Fridays, April 26 and May 3 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, April 27 and May 4 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, April 28 and May 5 at 2 p.m.

'City of Angels,' a version of which is now on stage at Beck Center, opened on Broadway in December of 1989 and ran through January, 1992, in a healthy run of almost 900 performances. Lakewood's Dee Hoty, a three-time Tony nominee, played a leading role in the Great White Way run.

Wildly popular in its day and still performed regularly in Latin countries, this Spanish classic comes to Kelsey Theatre Fridays, April 21 and 28 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, April 22 and 29 at 8 p.m., and Sundays, April 23 and 30 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on the college's West Windsor Campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road.
