Casting has been announced for the Made at Curve production of West Side Story, running in Leicester this Christmas 23 Nov 2019 – 11 Jan 2020.

Matilda the Musical will play at the New Stage Theatre Jan. 28 through Feb. 9, 2020.

Nina Conti is an award-winning comedian who started her career as an actress in the Royal Shakespeare Company before transitioning into Ventriloquism. She returns to Australia for selected shows which will include the Just For Laughs Sydney Comedy Festival.

Colm Feore will utter the first words on the Stratford Festival's newest stage, an echo of the inaugural performance in 1953, when Alec Guinness's opening speech in Richard III anticipated the a?oeglorious summera?? that was to come for Stratford. Feore, an internationally acclaimed stage and screen actor, is just one of a diverse company of accomplished actors who will present a repertory season of 15 productions in four remarkable theatres.

William Shakespeare's Macbeth, produced by Orlando Shakes in partnership with UCF, runs from October 9 - November 24, 2019. Classic Stage Company announces that celebrated actors Corey Stoll (First Man, a?oeHouse of Cardsa??) and Nadia Bowers (Describe the Night, The Farnsworth Invention) will play Macbeth and Lady Macbeth, respectively, in the company's upcoming production ofWilliam Shakespeare's Macbeth

Conn Artists Theatre Company in association with Worthing Theatres and The George Eliot Fellowship present their fresh and uplifting stage version of Silas Marner by George Eliot. They will open their upcoming nationwide tour at Worthing's Connaught Theatre this September, with 7:30pm performances Thursday 26 September to Saturday 28 September 2019 and a matinee Friday 27 September at 2pm.

Titus Andronicus becomes a cooking show, all the Histories are performed as a football game, and we go NUTS with Hamlet. All of this performed by THREE ACTORS. It took ASC, with hundreds of actors, 26 years to complete Shakespeare's works the first time (this last time through, it only took us 8!) These three nerds will do 'em all in an evening. Show offs.

Sometimes being brave means being yourself! This fall Goodspeed Musicals' production of Billy Elliot The Musical will spark with infectious energy. Last night, at their performance in the David Rubenstein Atrium for Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart Festival, the award-winning violinist Tessa Lark and virtuoso composer and bassist Michael Thurber  announced the release of Invention, their debut recording as a duo. Invention is anchored by J.S. Bach's Two-Part Inventions and fuses the pair's classical and American music influences into a wholly original sound.

Derby Theatre has announced casting for their big production in the main house this autumn, a co-production with Queen's Theatre Hornchurch of Richard Bean's hilarious farce, One Man, Two Guvnors. The production will run at Derby Theatre from Saturday 7 until Saturday 28 September, before moving on to play at the Queen's Theatre from Wednesday 2 until Saturday 19 October.

Bill Kenwright's 'Dazzling' (Sunday Telegraph) production of the international smash hit musical Blood Brothers returns this summer with a three-week season at Cork Opera House from 5 August before embarking on a UK tour. Starring Lyn Paul in the iconic role of Mrs Johnstone for the final time, she will be joined by Joel Benedict as Eddie, Danielle Corlass as Linda, Danny Taylor as Sammy and Chloe Taylor as Mrs Lyons. Alexander Patmore returns as Mickey alongside Robbie Scotcher as the narrator.
