Elm Shakespeare Company Brings Shakespeare's COMEDY OF ERRORS To Edgerton Park

Elm Shakespeare Company returns to Edgerton Park this summer with one of Shakespeare's most wild comedies The Comedy of Errors. Celebrating its 24th Season, Elm Shakespeare provides world class theater, free of charge, to almost 30,000 audience members from throughout the greater New Haven area each August.

Deafinitely Theatre today announce the full cast of Sarah Kane's 4.48 Psychosis UK tour. Artistic Director of Deafinitely Theatre, Paula Garfield, directs William Grint, Erin Hutchings, Esther McAuley and Jamie Rea. Opening at New Diorama Theatre on 31 October, with previews from 29 October and running until 6 November; the production then tours to Derby Theatre from 8a?" 10 November, before concluding its run at Wales Millennium Centre from 20 a?" 23 November.

Adam Blanshay Productions today announces the first UK Tour of What's In A Name?, adapted and directed by Jeremy Sams from the award-winning French film and stage sensation, Le Prenom, by Matthew Delaporte and Alexandre de La Patelliere. Internationally acclaimed comedy, What's In A Name? hilariously captures a particularly awkward family dinner party. The cast will star Joe Thomas (The Inbetweeners, Fresh Meat), James Lance (Jeeves and Wooster, Northern Soul), Summer Strallen (Top Hat, Young Frankenstein) and Alex Gaumond (Company, Dirty Rotten Scoundrel, Matilda). Casting Announced For the UK Tour of FRANKENSTEIN

Scottish screen actress Eilidh Loan is to star in the new theatrical adaptation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, depicting Shelley herself onstage as the author personally unfolding her monstrous tale of creature and creator. With a cast also including Ben Castle-Gibb, Thierry Mabonga, Sarah MacGillivray, Natali McCleary, Michael Moreland and Greg Powrie, the seminal 1818 gothic horror novel adapted by award-winning writer Rona Munro will now run until 7 March 2020 as new dates are added.

BEAM2020 Returns as the UK's Leading Industry Showcase of New Musical Theatre

Paterson Joseph to Star in A CHRISTMAS CAROL at The Old Vic

Paterson Joseph (Peep Show, Green Wing) is to star as Ebenezer Scrooge in Matthew Warchus' big-hearted, smash hit production of Charles Dickens' immortal classic A Christmas Carol, joyously adapted for the stage by Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child). The Old Vic's A Christmas Carol returns on 4 December, with previews from 23 November.

English Touring Theatre Appoints Lizzie Vogler As Executive Producer And Announces Four New Trustees

English Touring Theatre today announce the appointment of Lizzie Vogler as Executive Producer. Vogler will be taking on the role from July 2019, whilst Sophie Scull is on maternity leave. Also announced today, Floriana Dezou, Olivia Highland, Renuka Venkatraman, and Igor join the company as trustees. They join current trustee's Dame Jenny Abramsky DBE, Dan Bates, Paul Corrigan CBE, Robert Delamere (Chair), Paapa Essiedu, Michael Hatchwell and Tara Wilkinson.

Bristol Old Vic All-Stars Announced As Cast For CYRANO

Bristol Old Vic today announced the full cast for its major autumn production - Cyrano - directed by Tom Morris, in what amounts to a Bristol All-Stars line-up of the theatre's most charismatic actors from some of the best-loved productions of recent years, with six of the seven living in the South West.
