Placer Repertory Theater has announced the cast for the Ghosts of Placer County mainstage world premiere, which performs the first two weekends of October in Roseville.

Obie Award winner Metropolitan Playhouse returns with the world premiere of Neith Boyce's THE SEA LADY, a 1935 play bound for Broadway that never reached its opening, in limited run from October 6 - 30, 2022, in person at the Playhouse. Alex Roe (Thunder Rock, Poor of New York, Virtual Playhouse) directs.

Carousel Theatre for Young People (CYTP) opens its 2022/23 season with the West Coast premiere of Manitoba Theatre for Young People's award-winning play Frozen River (nîkwatin sîpiy), at Granville Island's Waterfront Theatre (1412 Cartwright St), from September 28 to October 16, 2022.

Jennie Harney-Fleming will be taking over the role of Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton on Broadway beginning September 13th. She will be replacing current Angelica, Mandy Gonzalez. Harney-Fleming has starred in the Broadway production and national tour productions of Hamilton, taking on the roles of Maria Reynolds, Peggy, Angelica, and Eliza Hamilton.

Starlight presents in partnership with The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art Monet & Friends Alive, a multi-sensory experience that allows viewers to experience the sights and sounds of 19th century Europe through the eyes of Claude Monet and the Impressionist painters who immortalized them.

Baltimore Center Stage has announced the complete cast and creative team for Our Town. Written by Thornton Wilder and directed by Stevie Walker-Webb (The Folks at Home), Our Town begins performances on Thursday September 15 for a limited run through Sunday October 9.

Second Stage Theater will kick off its 44th Season with the New York Premiere of CAMP SIEGFRIED, the new play from Tony Award-nominee BESS WOHL, directed by Tony Award-winner DAVID CROMER. The production will feature SAWYER BARTH and LILY McINERNY, both of whom will be making their off-Broadway stage debuts.

Icon Jamie Lee Curtis returns for the last time as Laurie Strode, horror’s first “final girl” and the role that launched Curtis’ career. Curtis has portrayed Laurie for more than four decades now, one of the longest actor-character pairings in cinema history. Based on actual events, Brad Fraser's hilarious and touching “Shelley's Shadow” is set to open for a two-weekend run on September 8.
