Center Theatre Group Artistic Director Michael Ritchie and Broadway producer Stacey Mindich announced today that the first national touring production of the 2017 Tony Award-winning Best Musical 'Dear Evan Hansen' will be part of Center Theatre Group's 2018 - 2019 season at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles.

Producer Stacey Mindich has announced that the first national touring production of this year's Best Musical Tony Award-winner Dear Evan Hansen will launch in October 2018 at Denver's Center for the Performing Arts. The tour will go on to play more than 50 cities over a two-year period, including Buffalo, NY (Shea's Performing Arts Center), Charlotte, NC (Blumenthal Performing Arts), Chicago, IL (Broadway In Chicago), Los Angeles, CA (Center Theatre Group), and many more as part of the 2018-2019 season.

The first national tour of this year's Best Musical Tony Award-winner Dear Evan Hansen will play in Charlotte as part of the 2018-2019 PNC Broadway Lights season. It was announced today by producer Stacey Mindich and Blumenthal Performing Arts.

Due to an overwhelming demand, Berkeley Rep has announced that the world premiere musical of Ain't Too Proud-The Life and Times of The Temptations will extend for two additional weeks. Originally scheduled to close on October 8, the popular musical will now run through Sunday, October 22.

Producers announced today the first North American tour and full casting of the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of THE COLOR PURPLE. Performances will begin October 7, 2017 in Schenectady, New York at Proctors and the tour will have its official opening October 17, 2017 in Baltimore, Maryland at The Hippodrome Theatre. The Old Globe presents the first show of its 2017-2018 Season, the world premiere musical Benny & Joon, with book by Kirsten Guenther, music by Nolan Gasser, and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein.
