Hartford Stage Artistic Director Darko Tresnjak and Managing Director Michael Stotts announced today the cast and creative team for the World Premiere of Sarah Gancher's Seder, an intimate tale of survival and freedom, which will perform at Hartford Stage October 19 through November 12.

Actors Co-0p Theatre Company (Ovation Award-Winner 2014 Best Intimate Theatre Musical for 110 in the Shade) presents the first show in its 26th Season with THE 39 STEPS, adapted by Patrick Barlow from the novel by John Buchan and film by Alfred Hitchcock, directed by Kevin Chesley, produced by Jorie Janeway. THE 39 STEPS will preview today, September 21 at 8pm and will open Friday, September 22 at 8pm and run through Sunday, October 29 at the Actors Co-op Crossley Theatre, 1760 N. Gower St. 90028 (on the campus of the First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood) in Hollywood.

The Peccadillo Theater Company, the OBIE, Lucille Lortel and Drama Desk Award-winning company dedicated to the rediscovery of classic American theater, announces a revival of THE SHOW-OFF by Pulitzer Prize-winning dramatist George Kelly, starring Lucille Lortel Award-winner Annette O'Toole (Southern Comfort, Man from Nebraska, 'Smallville,' 'Halt and Catch Fire').

Due to extremely strong ticket sales, Harvey Fierstein's Torch Song has been extended for two additional weeks of performances, now playing through Sunday, December 3. Directed by Mois s Kaufman, Torch Song begins previews on September 26 and officially opens on October 19 at Second Stage's Tony Kiser Theater (305 West 43rd Street).

Theaterlab will present Let Me Cook For You, written and performed by Orietta Crispino, October 13 through December 10, 2017 in its Midtown home (357 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor). Barbara Rubin directs and Liza Cassidy serves as the assistant director.

Two new plays offer radically different takes on the search for redemption when IAMA Theatre Company opens its 10th Anniversary Season with two company member-written world premieres. A dynamic duo, internationally acclaimed jazz artist Alexis Cole and Obie award-winning playwright Susan Miller (My Left Breast), are two of the headliners set to grace the stage today, September 16, at Westchester Collaborative Theater (WCT)'s 'Watch the Stars Come Out,' the theater group's most 'starstruck' annual fundraiser to date.
