Asolo Rep presents Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Tony Award-winning masterpiece EVITA. Directed and choreographed by Josh Rhodes (Broadway: Bright Star, It Shoulda Been You, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, First Date; West End: Carousel, Sweeney Todd; Asolo Rep: Guys and Dolls), the musical opens tomorrow, November 18, and runs through December 30 in the Mertz Theatre, located in the FSU Center for the Performing Arts. This month, playwright Joan Beber, premieres her newest play DEAR JANE at Theatre Row's Clurman Theatre (410 W 42 Street). The show opens tonight, July 26, for a run through August 26, 2017. Two-time Grammy Award Winning Producer, Michael J. Moritz Jr. and Broadway's Kevin Duda are partnering to produce the Off Broadway Cast Album of Mad Libs Live! 

Anneliese Van Der Pol* ('That's So Raven'), Jeanna De Waal* (Kinky Boots, American Idiot), Brynn Williams* (13, Bye Bye Birdie), and Trent Armand Kendall* (Into The Woods, Bat Boy) will star in The New York Musical Festival's (NYMF) upcoming reading of COOKIES, a new musical with book, music, and lyrics by Michael Shapiro and David Christensen.

 Jeanfranco Cardentey (Spring Awakening/Hangar Theatre), Lindsey Brett Carothers (Bring It On:The Musical/Broadway), Max Joseph (Curious George/TheatreWorks USA), Melody Madarasz (Academia Nuts/NYMF), Zachary Noah Piser(Godspell/Marriott Theater) and Santina Umbach (Mamma Mia!/Broadway) will star in the Off Broadway premiere of the interactive family musical, MAD LIBS® LIVE! based on the classic fill-in-the-blank word game Mad Libs®, which will begin performances on November 1 at New World Stages for a limited engagement.
