A host of West End musical performers are set to descend on Grangemouth for the fifth annual concert A West End Christmas In Falkirk! 

Stunning new images of the Boulevard theatre have today been released days after the theatre opened its doors to the public for the first time for the London premiere of Dave Malloy's Ghost Quartet, directed by Bill Buckhurst. Press night for Ghost Quartet is 31 October. The restaurant is also now open from 8am daily. Alongside this is a vibrant late night and Sunday programme including a wide range of jazz, comedy, poetry, and more.

Today, producers Eden Espinosa, Bridget Elise Yingling, Scott Prisand, Doug Feurring and Jana Shea announced additional stars for the one-night-only 15th Anniversary reunion concert of BKLYN: The Musical. Tony Award nominee Will Swenson (Hair, Les Miserables) will reprise his role as Taylor Collins, and Grammy Award nominee Quentin Earl Darrington (Once On This Island, CATS) will play the role of Streetsinger. Original Broadway cast members Julie Reiber (Come From Away), Horace V. Rogers (Tarzan), Caren Lyn Tackett (High Fidelity) will complete the cast, joining the previously announced Eden Espinosa (RENT, Wicked) as Brooklyn, Karen Olivo (Moulin Rouge, In the Heights) as Faith, and stage star Ramona Keller (The Public Theatre's Hercules, City Center's Little Shop of Horrors) as Paradice. The concert, which benefits Covenant House Foundation (www.covenanthouse.org), will be presented on the 15th anniversary of the show's Broadway opening night, Monday, October 21 at 7:30 PM, at Brooklyn Steel (319 Frost Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222). Brooklyn the Musical, with a book, lyrics, and music by Mark Schoenfeld and Barri McPherson, will run at Greenwich Theatre from Friday 27 September - Saturday 19 October, 2019. Press night is Monday 30 September at 7,30pm.

On Sunday 12 May 2019 at London's Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith, there will be two concerts of The Best of… Rock Musicals for the benefit of The Charlie Waller Memorial Trust. It will be the 20th Anniversary production from the same team who for the last 19 years have presented The Night of 1000 Voices at the Royal Albert Hall and elsewhere.

West End Sings is the latest addition to the West End social calendar, combining the music of one iconic recording artist with a selection of the best talent London's theatre scene has to offer. Each concert will support a charity chosen for their links to the artist we are celebrating. 

Chess is coming back to the West End for the first time since 1986, opening at the London Coliseum on Thursday 26 April 2018 (Press night on Tuesday 1 May 2018) for a strictly limited 5 week season. The show will come without one of its previously announced cast members, however. BroadwayWorld has just learned that Murray Head has withdrawn from the production. A show representative explained:
