RAIN - A Tribute to The Beatles On Broadway was extended by popular demand and will now run through Sunday, January 9 at the Neil Simon Theatre (250 West 52nd Street). Previews began Tuesday, October 19 with the official opening last night October 26.

The benefit, 'Got Talent?' is a spin-off of the popular TV show of the same name. 'Got Talent?' will be held at the Times Square Art Center. Joining Tartaglia are judges Rachel Hoffman, Leslie Jordan, and Dr. Ruth Westheimer.

Folksbiene's musical celebration, entitled 'Fun Dor Tsu Dor - From Generation to Generation,' brings together a multi-generational cast of stars from both the Yiddish and mainstream theatre worlds.

On Wednesday, April 29, at the historic Hudson Theatre in the Millennium Hotel, Tony Award-winner Roger Rees hosted Sing Happy!, The Collegiate Chorale's spring benefit celebrating 'The Great White Way'. The evening featured special musical guest and Tony Award-winning actress Victoria Clark, who recently starred in the The Chorale's highly praised concert revival of Kurt Weill & Ira Gershwin's Firebrand of Florence on March 12.

Over the weekend, Dr. Ruth Westheimer paid a visit to the new musical 'Enter Laughing', presented by York Theater Company. Dr. Ruth is a sex therapist and author who came into celebrity in the 1980's. She has continued to support the American theater and has participated in several events for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and 'Broadway Barks'.
