Young People's Theatre is very proud to open the 2014/15 season with the stage adaptation of Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, To Kill a Mockingbird. Directed by Allen MacInnis, this extraordinary play will be presented on the Mainstage from October 6 to November 2, 2014.

BWW is thrilled to bring its readers this exclusive coverage of the 10th Annual It's Always Something variety show to benefit Gilda's Club. The event took place in Toronto on November 19th and featured legendary singers, comedians, actors and more, including Martin Short, Andrea Martin, Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Fred Willard and Paul Shaffer.

On November 19th the stars of Canadian theatre, film, TV and music came out in support of the 10th Anniversary of It's Always Something, a variety show to raise money for Gilda's Club. BWW was thrilled to be on hand to bring you these exclusive photos of the starry red-carpet arrivals and after-party.

The 10th Anniversary of 'It's Always Something' occurred on November 19th in Toronto in support of Gilda's Club. Featuring a star-studded line-up which included Martin Short, Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Andrea Martin, Fred Willard and Paul Shaffer, and hosted by Canadian funny-man Russell Peters, the event was a huge success and celebration of Gilda's career and life. BWW was thrilled to be in attendance to bring you photos of the pre and post show fun, and the variety show itself.

On February 7th the Canadian Theatre Community came together for a very special gala fundraiser for The Theatre Museum. Jian Ghomeshi hosted a star-studded event that included the reunion of the Original Canadian Cast of Godspell, and an exclusive performance by Colm Wilkinson. Beginning previews tonight, May 28 at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival will be a new production of EVITA directed by Gary Griffin. The show will play at the Avon Theatre in Startford, Ontario. Starring in the show will be Chilina Kennedy as Eva Peron and Josh Young as Che Guevara. Juan Chioran will play President Juan Peron, and Vince Staltai will play Magaldi.
