Zachary Noah Piser Will Take Over Title Role in DEAR EVAN HANSEN, and More New Casting For 2022

This spring, the show will welcome back Ben Levi Ross, who earned critical acclaim when he originated the role of 'Evan Hansen' on the first North American tour after understudying the role on Broadway. Zachary Noah Piser, who has been part of the Dear Evan Hansen family since March 2019 and is currently the 'Evan' alternate on Broadway, will then become the first Asian American actor to step into the role full-time.

THE NIGHT WOMAN Comes to The Other Palace Next Month

From the award winning writer and actor Julene Robinson (The Witcher, Netflix; Stand Up, Get Up!, London West End) and Fringe First award winning producer Emma Blackman comes The Night Woman - a powerful show about womanhood, blackness and healing. Starring Robinson, directed by Martina Laird (Sunshine, Southwark Playhouse), with Lighting Design by Chuma Emembolu (For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy, New Diorama Theatre), this striking play about finding strength in the darkest moments has never felt more crucial than in these times of pandemic and BLM.

Coppell Arts Center Presents THE SIMON AND GARFUNKEL STORY

Coppell Arts Center will bring immersive concert-style theater show The Simon & Garfunkel Story to Coppell on Saturday, March 5 at 2 PM and 8 PM. This production chronicles the musical legacy of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel using huge projection photos, original film footage, and a full live band performing all the hits, including 'Mrs. Robinson', 'Cecilia', 'Bridge Over Troubled Water', 'Homeward Bound', and many more.

Lana Gordon to Take Over the Role of Persephone in HADESTOWN on Broadway

Lana Gordon will play the role of Persephone in Hadestown, the winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, starting Tuesday, February 22 at Broadway's Walter Kerr Theatre. Gordon previously starred on Broadway as Velma Kelly in Chicago and was an original cast member in The Lion King and is currently the Persephone alternate for Amber Gray, who originated the role, and as previously announced will play her final performance in Hadestown on Saturday evening, February 19.

THE BLUES BROTHERS Headline St. George Theatre Benefit Concert, May 7!

Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe to Present Staged Reading of SKELETON CREW

Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe is continuing its celebration of Black History Month with a staged reading of Dominique Morisseau’s powerful play, “Skeleton Crew.” The reading, presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. will take place at WBTT on February 26 at 4 p.m.
