The Finger Lakes New Works Festival will present its second season in Ithaca, NY, featuring two fully staged musicals, a one-woman show, a musical workshop, and two film screenings across multiple venues.

Inspired by tales from naval veterans, and stories of her grandfather's time in the Navy, Nunnery's latest play brings to life a powerful story of love, guilt, heroism and betrayal.
Yesterday (Sunday 19 October 2014), best-selling author Michael Morpurgo was joined by Joey, the life-size horse puppet and star of the National Theatre's production of War Horse visiting the poppies installation at the Tower of London. Joey walked amongst the poppies and Michael Morpurgo planted a poppy and then returned to read the Roll of Honour. Full casting is now confirmed for the West End Transfer of the National Theatre?s sell-out production of Michael Morpurgo?s War Horse, adapted by Nick Stafford. War Horse will run at the New London Theatre from 28 March booking until 26 September with press night on 3 April.
