TEEN CHOICE 2019, the summer's hottest LIVE show, is back with a brand-new wave of nominees. Celebrate the year's hottest teen stars in television, music, film, sports, comedy and social media when the star-studded two-hour LIVE event airs, for the first time in TEEN CHOICE history, from Hermosa Beach, CA, on Sunday, Aug. 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET livePT tape-delayed) on FOX.

Hosted by “Shazam!” star Zachary Levi, the “2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards” aired on Monday, June 17 from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the smash hit film, Hub Theatre Company of Boston presents the award-winning comedy Steel Magnolias, directed by Paula Plum, Friday, July 19 - Saturday, August 3 at Club Cafe, 209 Columbus Ave. in Boston's Back Bay. Performances are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 pm, and Sundays at 2:00 pm. Tickets to all performances are "Pay-What-You-Can." Donations of toiletries and beauty supplies will be collected at each performance for local women's shelters.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) is pleased to announce that BAFTA-winning actress, author and activist Jane Fonda will receive the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film Presented by Cunard at the 2019 British Academy Britannia Awards.

For the 12th consecutive year in conjunction with the NBA Finals, ABC will present “Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night.” These special-edition episodes will air during prime time every night of the NBA Finals, beginning with Game One on Thursday, May 30.

Today, D23, the official Disney fan club, has announced the eleven recipients for the 2019 Disney Legends Award. This year's recipients are Bette Midler, Wing Chao, Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, James Earl Jones, Kenny Ortega, Barnette Ricci, Robin Roberts, Diane Sawyer, Ming-Na Wen, and Hans Zimmer.

REELZ today announced new original programming for June 2019 including four new specials, a new documentary and a returning series. Kicking off the June premieres is the special Ghostbusters: Behind Closed Doors about the movie that surprised everyone and became a cultural phenomenon with its perfect mix of stars, special effects and laughs. Then entertainment journalist Nancy O'Dell hosts the special Fatal Addiction: Hollywood's Secret Epidemic focused on the opioid crisis afflicting celebrities. In the documentary Elton John: Ten Days That Rocked the remarkable days that molded the music legend's life are revealed. As a solo artist Elton John doesn't worry about a band break up but that's not the case for members of Mötley Crüe, Guns N' Roses, New Kids on the Block and the Spice Girls whose splitting up stories take center stage in fan favorite returning series Breaking the Band. Real stories behind the music continue with the special The Michael Jackson Story examining the King of Pop's meteoric rise to fame and legacy tarnished by controversy. And finally the special Farrah Fawcett: Behind Closed Doors is an intimate look at the life of the beloved star who left an everlasting mark on entertainment and culture.

On its fifth of five original shows broadcasting for the first time from Las Vegas (Friday, 4/5/19), ABC's “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” closed out the week with its highest-rated telecast of the week on Friday in Households (2.0/5) in the 56 Metered Markets. Friday's telecast grew over the prior day by 11% in Households (1.8/5), as well as opening night on Monday by 11% (1.8/5). Friday's show welcomed Celine Dion and Chris Tucker.

Following the week in Las Vegas, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” returns to Los Angeles to welcome the cast of Marvel's “Avengers: Endgame.” Each night, Jimmy will welcome guests including Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Paul Rudd, Chris Hemsworth, Danai Gurira, Jeremy Renner and Don Cheadle.

Nickelodeon will unbox its playful new preschool series Ryan's Mystery Playdate, starring seven-year-old YouTube superstar Ryan of Ryan ToysReview, on Friday, April 19, at 12:30 p.m. (ET/PT). Created and produced by pocket.watch, the new studio creating global franchises from the YouTube stars and characters loved by Generation Alpha, the live-action series (20 episodes) follows Ryan as he tackles a series of imaginative, physical challenges and solves mystery box puzzles to reveal the identity of his playdate. A brand-new episode of Ryan's Mystery Playdate will also premiere Saturday, April 20, at 12:30 p.m. (ET/PT), before the series moves to its regular timeslot on Fridays at 12:30 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.

Music mogul DJ Khaled is set to host Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards 2019, the biggest, slimiest party of the year for kids, broadcasting live Saturday, March 23, at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT) from the Galen Center in Los Angeles, Calif. The news, which also included this year's nominees, was announced today by Double Dare host Liza Koshy via a first-time Kids' Choice Awards nomination livestream event across Nickelodeon's YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter handles and channels.

The evening will celebrate Tony Award-winning playwright and actor Harvey Fierstein; Chairman & CEO of the John Gore Organization and Tony Award-winning producer and acclaimed director John Gore; International President of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and International labor leader and community advocate Matthew D. For the first time, ABC's “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will head to Las Vegas, Nevada, to shoot five original shows starting MONDAY, APRIL 1.

Producer Les Grossman and Executive Producer Robert Taleghany are excited to announce the TV pilot 'REEL: The Les Is More Show' is in development. Creation of this series was inspired by Tom Cruise's portrayal of the over the top concert/movie producer Les Grossman. Tropic Thunder starring Tom Cruise, Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr. and Matthew McConaughey among others was produced by Ben Stiller and released August 13, 2008.
