Lookingglass Theatre Company has announced the cast for the World Premiere of Villette by Sara Gmitter, adapted from the Charlotte Brontë novel.

“Minx” centers around Joyce (Ophelia Lovibond), an earnest young feminist who joins forces with a low-rent publisher (Jake Johnson) to create the first erotic magazine for women. The cast also includes Idara Victor, Jessica Lowe, Lennon Parham, Michael Angarano and Oscar Montoya. Elizabeth Perkins joined season two as recurring character Constance.

Ars Nova has announce details for performances taking place in February 2023. Singer/songwriter, producer, and playwright Rachel Lark takes center stage in Rachel Lark: Anthems & Confessions For A Complicated World on February 3.
