The Green Room 42 just presented the seventh show of 'GR42 Sings' for a spooktacular evening of music! This year the series has celebrated Andrew Lippa, Alan Menken, Rodgers & Hammerstein, and Lin-Manuel Miranda's music. This installment celebrated the music that we all love to listen to during this Halloween season: Disney Villains.

The Green Room 42 will bring this premiere show of 'The Life of the Party: The Music of Andrew Lippa' to The Green Room 42! Directed and produced by Quentin Garzon and Music Directed by Dominic Frigo, 'The Life of the Party: The Music of Andrew Lippa' is a night where we will explore Lippa's vast career. Our talented group of singers will be performing from some of his hit shows, including The Wild Party and The Addams Family, and will also be showing off some of his hidden gems! The performance will play Sunday, February 10th at 9:30pm at The Green Room 42. 'The Life of the Party: The Music of Andrew Lippa' is a one-night-only cabaret that you're not going to want to miss!

Art-In-Relation (A.I.R.) is an innovative production company focusing on breathing new life into lesser-known plays and musical theater. I have seen their productions at other locations throughout the city, but unfortunately the facilities and cast talent in past productions has been less than stellar. Art-In-Relation, Jonas Sills, producer, announces a move from Long Beach, after two successful seasons, to Hollywood with two hauntingly gorgeous, but lesser known musical theater productions at The Complex Theatres, Hollywood. A combination of 'The Wild Party.' a lesser known version of the musical based on the poem by Joseph Moncure, and written by Andrew Lippa, coupled with Mary Shelley's tale with a musical twist, 'Frankenstein, A New Musical,' with music by Mark Baron, lyrics by Jeffrey Jackson, and a book by Jackson and Gary P. Cohen, a Los Angeles premiere.
