The evening will include a sneak peek at excerpts from his new film Written on Water,an impossible love story about a choreographer reigniting an encounter from the past. Dance comprises half of this unique narrative, which features Paris Opera Ballet's Aurelie Dupont in the leading role. Due to popular demand, all-male dance company BalletBoyz are embarking on a second leg of their UK tour of Life, for which the award-winning company will be joined by a brand new member, and they will be returning to the Wyvern Theatre on Fri 28 October. The production, which received its world premiere at London's Sadler's Wells in April of this year to widespread critical acclaim, initially toured over April and May. The show features new commissions by Javier de Frutos and Pontus Lidberg. For this leg of the tour, Josh Wild will be making his BalletBoyz debut with Life, having been recently selected to join the all-male company. Wild joins BalletBoyz from Scottish Dance Theatre. The piece is co-produced by Sadler's Wells in association with artsdepot.
