RIPCORD Extends Through 7/2 Due to Popular Demand

Due to popular demand, the Huntington Theatre Company has extended the run of its production of Ripcord, by David Lindsay-Abaire and directed by Jessica Stone, through July 2. The added performances are Tuesday, June 27 at 7:30pm; Wednesday, June 28 at 7:30pm; Thursday, June 29 at 7:30pm; Friday, June 30 at 8pm; Saturday, July 1 at 2pm and 8pm; and Sunday, July 2 at 2pm and 7pm. Ripcord plays at the Huntington's Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA, 527 Tremont Street, Boston.

Huntington and Northeastern University form Alliance for 2017-2018 Season

The Huntington Theatre Company and Northeastern University will form a new educational alliance focused on professional experiential learning for young theatre artists beginning with the 2017-2018 season. The relationship will allow the Huntington to continue its educational mission of preparing students for careers in the theatre industry while aligning with Northeastern's commitment to integrating academic study with real world experience.

The Huntington Theatre Company's longtime home on Huntington Avenue remains secure, and the Huntington will continue to produce world-class theatre there for generations to come. Beginning July 1, 2017, the building known as the Boston University Theatre will become the Huntington Avenue Theatre, controlled on a permanent basis by the Huntington Theatre Company.
