Hampstead Theatre's Associate Company, The Mono Box, has announced the launch of The Monologue Library, audio recordings of renowned artists performing their favourite theatrical speeches.

Following two highly acclaimed runs at Curve and Menier Chocolate Factory, Sue Townsend's THE SECRET DIARY OF ADRIAN MOLE AGED 13¾ - THE MUSICAL, is now running in the West End. Set in 1980s Leicester, this adaptation of the best-selling book is a timeless tale of teenage angst, family struggles and unrequited love, told through the eyes of tortured poet and misunderstood intellectual Adrian Mole. This critically acclaimed production of THE SECRET DIARY OF ADRIAN MOLE AGED 13¾ - THE MUSICAL has book and lyrics by Jake Brunger, music and lyrics by Pippa Cleary, and is directed by Luke Sheppard.

David Tennant, who starred as the 'Tenth Doctor' on the long-running series 'Doctor Who,' has been added to the celebrity roster at this month's Wizard World Austin convention at the Austin Convention Center. Sonia Friedman Productions has just announced that Pearl Mackie will join the cast of a new production of Harold Pinter's The Birthday Party, in her first role since playing 'Bill Potts', the Doctor's companion, in the latest series of the BBC's Doctor Who.

While filming just wrapped on this year's highly anticipated Christmas Episode of BBC's DOCTOR WHO, fan in attendance at the show's panel held at San Diego Comic Con over the weekend got a first look at footage from the hour-long special.
