Ahead of the performances, we spoke with Rozelle by phone about SONGS FROM INSIDE MY LOCKER, how intense heading up a Kickstarter can be, and his recent BWW Cabaret Awards success.
Feinstein's/54 Below presents the return of Robbie Rozelle in Songs From Inside My Locker on Saturday, February 23 and Friday, March 1 at 9:30 pm. After creating shows for Jessica Vosk, Melissa Errico, Kate Baldwin and Nikka Graff Lanzarone, writer/director Robbie Rozelle turns the tables on himself with two performances of his debut solo show to be preserved as part of Broadway Records' Live at Feinstein's/54 Below series. Songs From Inside My Locker is written by Robbie Rozelle and features musical direction and arrangements by Josh D. Smith, with a six-piece band known collectively as 'The Two Drink Minimum.' Special guests include Bonnie Milligan (Head Over Heels) and Maya Days (Aida).

The night feature performances from Broadway stars, actors, and comedians who support access to reproductive health care. Broadway Acts for Women is the only benefit that brings the Broadway community out in force for abortion rights and reproductive health care.

Along with a lineup of singers from Broadway and beyond -- including Madge Dietrich (Kinky Boots), CK Edwards (Shuffle Along), Nikka Graff Lanzarone (Women On The Verge…), Victoria Huston-Elem (Finding Neverland), Travis Kent (Disaster!), Richard Riaz Yoder (Hello, Dolly!), Ben Roseberry (Gentleman's Guide…), Hansel Tan (The Four Immigrants), and Michael Winther (Fun Home) -- New will perform highlights from his diverse collection of projects, many of which appear on his forthcoming sophomore album, sardonically entitled Joel B.
