Following a critically acclaimed season which included the Pulitzer Prize finalist Becky Shaw and the Broadway transfer of its musical hit Next to Normal, Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director; Ellen Richard, Executive Director) has announced three of the four plays scheduled for its upcoming 31st Season.

Sundance Institute announced today the lineup of films selected to screen in the U.S. and World Cinema Dramatic and Documentary Competitions for the 25th Sundance Film Festival. Co-starring Helen Mirren in the title role and directed by Nicholas Hytner, Artistic Director of the National Theatre, Jean Racine's 1677 classic tragedy is based on a Greek myth about a queen who falls passionately in love with her stepson in her husband's absence.

New Line Theatre, 'The Bad Boy of Musical Theatre,' closes its seventeenth season of provocative, adult, alternative musical theatre with the regional premiere of the new rock musical HIGH FIDELITY, based on the world-famous novel by Nick Hornby and the film starring John Cusack and Jack Black, running June 12-July 5, 2008, at the A.E. Hotchner Studio Theatre, in the Mallinckrodt Building at Washington University, 6445 Forsyth Blvd., between Skinker and Big Bend.

New Line Theatre closes its seventeenth season of provocative, adult, alternative musical theatre with the regional premiere of the new rock musical 'High Fidelity.'

Directed by Indhu Rubasingham and performed by Holly Aird, Cavan Clerkin, Brendan Coyle, Amanda Drew, John Marquez and Javone Prince, Chain Play II will be performed for one night only on 29 February 2008 at 7.30pm.
