The Board of Directors and Artistic Director, David Leidholdt, are announcing Millbrook's opening production of the ground-breaking Tony Award-nominated musical, A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD, with book and lyrics by Willie Reale and music by Robert Reale, opening June 7, on the Ryan Main Stage. 

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) announces Writer-Director Communications Lab on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 10am-6pm at Studios 353, 353 W. 48th Street, Studio B (basement). Registration is $75 for TRU members ($85 for non-members), $30 for an additional collaborator (writer), and registration for TRU Member observers is $30 ($40 for non-members). Writers must be accepted before purchasing a spot.

Drury Lane Theatre announces casting for the first production of its 2018/2019 season, the Tony Award-winning musical South Pacific, with music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, book by Oscar Hammerstein II and Josh Logan, and adapted from Tales of the South Pacific by James Michener. This production is directed by Victor Malana Maog with choreography by Otis Sallid and musical direction by Roberta Duchak. South Pacific runs April 5 - June 17, 2018, at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The press opening is scheduled for Thursday, April 12 at 8:00 p.m.

The Mac-Haydn Theatre (MHT), continues its 2017 season with the Monty Python inspired musical Spamalot. Based off the movie 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail,' the 2005 Tony Award winning musical follows King Arthur and his knights on their quest to find the holy grail. Spamalot is the fourth and final premiere of the MHT 2017 season.

Both performances will be at 5 PM. The plays are all 6 minutes in length and set outdoors. The series was conceived by co­producers Jenny Gomez and Jessica Mazo.
