Robin Tunney (CBS's THE MENTALIST) and Julia Garner (GRANDMA) will join Zachary Quinto for MCC Theater's produciton of SMOKEFALL in 2016.

Lincoln Center Theater's Platform Series, a forum for public discussion between Lincoln Center Theater artists and interested theatergoers, continues its 18th season on Friday, December 11 at 6pm with PATRICK BREEN and JOHN BENJAMIN HICKEY, the stars of LCT's current Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater production of DADA WOOF PAPA HOT, which began previews on Thursday, October 15, and opened on Monday, November 9.

In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 36 established and emerging composers, lyricists, and librettists will converge on the Goodspeed campus from mid-January through mid-February 2016 to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. The writing teams, representing 19 new musicals, will populate the campus, creating a truly exciting environment for discovery and inspiration. Playwrights Horizons presents the New York premiere of 2015 Pulitzer Prize finalist Marjorie Prime, a new play by Jordan Harrison (Maple and Vine, Doris to Darlene at PH; Amazons and Their Men; Kid-Simple; 'Orange is the New Black'). Commissioned by Playwrights Horizons and directed by Obie Award winner Anne Kauffman (Detroit, Maple and Vine, Your Mother's Copy of the Kama Sutra at PH; Belleville; This Wide Night; The Thugs), the play is the third production of the theater company's 2015/2016 Season. The first preview is tonight, November 20 at 8PM at Playwrights Horizons' Mainstage Theater (416 West 42nd Street). The production has an Opening Night set for Monday, December 14 and will play a limited engagement through Sunday, January 3.

It's the most wonderful time of the year, but who would know it from the bad Santas, naughty elves, cranky kids, and pushy parents who test Crumpet's last elfin nerve. With sardonic wit, Sedaris takes us all playfully to task for plunging into the Christmas spirit while missing the point. This is for mature elves only.

Veteran star of stage and screen Richard Kind, Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox (Doubt) will join Edie Falco, a multiple Emmy Award winner for her leading roles in The Sopranos and Nurse Jackie, and Grant Shaud, well known to many as Miles on Murphy Brown, have signed on for George Street Playhouse's special reading of Matt Hoverman's new play, THRILLSVILLE.

Crowded Fire Theater (CFT) Crowded Fire's newly appointed Artistic Director Mina Morita unveiled the 2016 mainstage season lineup of three contemporary plays that continue to uphold the company's long tradition of producing boundary - pushing, thought-provoking theater. At a season-announcement party on Saturday, November 14th Morita addressed Crowded Fire donors, patrons, and artists saying "At Crowded Fire, we are unafraid of tackling big issues. We commit ourselves to true experimentation of form and content to question, disrupt, or complicate comfortable notions of cultural hierarchy."

Proceeds of the one-night-only performance will benefit George Street Playhouse.
