N'Kenge, who has been busy with Motown eight shows a week will take a quick break from Broadway to perform as a soloist continuing the era of the 60's with Indianapolis Symphony. NY Post calls N'Kenge 'Electrifying' in the role of Mary Wells in Motown and she made her Broadway debut in Sondheim on Sondheim alongside Vanessa Williams and Barbara Cook. Indianapolis Symphony will turn back the clock to the 1960's when the 'Fab Four' took the world by storm, the Beach Boys made summer 'endless,' and the Supremes put Motown on the map. Reminisce with music from television, movie themes, as well as popular hits from the airwaves, including music by Burt Bacharach, Simon & Garfunkel, Frankie Valli and more.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. Tonight, October 24th, Broadway Sessions welcomes cast members from Motown The Musical and more.

Motown The Musical's N'Kenge will give a special performance at the New Yorker Hotel for Couture Fashion Week's Final Showing on Sunday Sept 8th at 8:00PM located at 481 Eighth Avenue New York, NY 10001. N'Kenge will be wearing a custom designed dress by Chauncy Couture by BLT Evans.

On August 26, Marty Thomas (Xanadu, Wicked, The Secret Garden) celebrated his birthday with the 5th Annual Glitter Ball at Industry Bar. There was an all star concert featuring the Divas: Kelly King, Alexa Green and Marissa Rosen, Saycon Sengbloh, N'Kenge, Anna Harrington, Kate Rockwell, Kat Hennessey and Rachelle Rak. BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Felicia Boswell has stepped into the role of 'Diana Ross' in Broadway's MOTOWN, while Tony nominee Valisia LeKae is on vacation. Boswell first began performances earlier this week on August 13, and will remain through September 23 when LeKae returns to the Lunt-Fontanne.

N'Kenge performed at BIRDLAND before at a sold out house and will now return together with TONY nominee Orfeh on August 18 at 6pm. Tickets at www.Birldlandjazz.com
