A reading of the Broadway-bound new musical 54: The Musical will be presented March 30 at TADA Theatre in Manhattan. Emerging Artists Theatre presents this reading as part of its New Work Festival. The musical features a score of disco hits and cult classics from the golden age of Studio 54. 54: The Musical was conceived and written by Renee Bang Allen.
With the 2014 Winter Olympics only weeks away, a cast of former Olympians is teaming up with Broadway Star N'kenge from the musical ' Motown' for the annual Sing & Skate Against Breat Cancer at Bank of America Winter Village on January 18 to benefit the Jacobi Medical Center Auxiliary.
