Joey Contreras to Take the Stage at Rockwood Music Hall

Musical theatre and pop songwriter Joey Contreras is returning to Rockwood Music Hall's Stage 2 on Monday, June 11 for a 9pm concert. Joining him will be an exciting lineup including Nic Rouleau (The Book of Mormon), DeLaney Westfall (Kinky Boots), Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture), JJ Niemann (The Book of Mormon), Olivia Puckett (Dear Evan Hansen), Brad Greer (Jerry Springer the Opera), Mia Gerachis, Rob Morean, Stevi Incremona, Morgan Reilly and Spencer Kiely with Brian Russell Carey (Red Roses, Green Gold) and Jacob Yates.

BROADWAY UNLOCKED Announces Updated Performance Lineup For The #giveback Concert

Broadway Unlocked founder Jessica Ryan announced today that the performance lineup for the sixth annual #giveback concert slated for Sunday, May 13 at 7.30pm at WNYC's The Greene Space (44 Charlton Street) has been updated.  Along with producers Kelly Weaver and Mike Borges, Broadway Unlocked is bringing Broadway favorites together to perform and raise funds for the Crime Victims Treatment Center, a not-for-profit organization committed to helping people heal from violent crime.  The live concert is directed by Nathan Tysen (Tuck Everlasting, Amelie).

Kaylee MacKnight to Present a Benefit Concert for the This Star Won't Go Out Foundation

Kaylee MacKnight (Creator of Drunk Musicals) is throwing a benefit concert to benefit the This Star Won't Go Out Foundation that helps families who are effected by childhood cancer. This Star Won't Go Out strives to help 'lighten the burden for families through the giving of financial grants and community involvement'.

Chelsea McDonald's to Debut Spring Music Series

Local McDonald's Owner Operator, PJ Fonseca is proud to announce the kick-off of a new summer music series featuring award-winning pianist Darius Frowner, along with talented local singers performing pop, jazz and show tunes. Performances will be held every Friday in May, beginning at 7:30pm, at the newly-remodeled McDonald's restaurant at 809 Sixth Avenue in New York. Opening night, May 5, will feature local singers Brittany Dorazio, Morgan Reilly and Logan Farine.

2015 Ovation Award Winners Announced

The Allentown Arts Commission and the City of Allentown will celebrate the extraordinary impact of the arts on Allentown and the broader Lehigh Valley community when it presents the 27th Annual Allentown Arts Ovation Awards in a revitalized and re-imagined ceremony, Thursday, May 14 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. After moving to the Palace Center on the east side of Allentown for the last several years, the ceremony returns to Allentown's City Center to the Renaissance Hotel at PPL Center - which in itself has become an epicenter for the revitalized downtown.
