Oprah Winfrey visits California's Pelican Bay Prison and the infamous Security Housing Unit (SHU), which has been controversial for years and once earned the supermax prison the nickname Skeleton Bay. She reports on conditions in the SHU isolation unit that critics say constitutes torture. Winfrey's report will be broadcast on 60 MINUTES Sunday, Oct. 22 (7:30-8:30 PM ET/7:00-8:00 PM PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The Official Keith Emerson Tribute Concert will be held Saturday, May 28, at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles presented by Goldenvoice. It will be a retrospective of Keith's entire career from the Nice, to ELP, to the Keith Emerson Band and Three Fates Project. The Foundation of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) awarded scholarships to three college-bound students pursuing careers in television, the organization announced today.  The awards include a Trustees' Scholarship of $40,000 and two $10,000 scholarships honoring legendary journalists Mike Wallace and Jim McKay.
