A very limited engagement of 24th STreet Theatre's award-winning production of 'Walking the Tightrope' will be presented at the Kirk Douglas Theatre with four public performances only, today and tomorrow, May 2 and 3 at 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.  (Student performances will take place April 28 through May 1.) Birmingham Repertory Theatre Sets New Programme for Autumn, Winter 2015-16

Birmingham Repertory Theatre today announces its new season of work for Autumn and Winter 2015/16. The announcement comes on the back of a hugely successful year for the theatre, with a 43% increase in audiences during 2014/15 - giving the highest attendance at the theatre for over 20 years.

Vanderbilt & TPAC Education Offers Free Performance of WALKING THE TIGHTROPE Tonight

In partnership with Vanderbilt University, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center will present a free performance of the critically acclaimed Walking the Tightrope by Mike Kenny tonight, March 5, at 6:00 p.m. in TPAC's James K. Polk Theater. Light refreshments will be served in the lobby prior to the one-hour show, which will be followed by a discussion between the audience and artists.

WALKING THE TIGHTROPE Comes to CTG's Kirk Douglas Theatre This Spring

'Walking the Tightrope' by Mike Kenny, directed by Debbie Devine, comes to the Kirk Douglas Theatre as part of Center Theatre Group's DouglasPlus programming at 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on May 2 and 3, 2015. (Student performances April 28 through May 1). This is a production of the 24th STreet Theatre.

Eagle to Launch New Theatre for Young Audience Series

The Eagle will launch their new Theatre for Young Audiences Series on Wednesday, March 4 @ 10AM, opening with Treasure Island, written by Robert Louis Stevenson, adapted for the Stage by Mike Kenny. Each series will feature professional actors starring in enlightened, educational and fun world-class entertainment for all ages. Several schools surrounding the Delaware Valley scheduled a class trip to visit the Eagle to experience live theatre for the first time. Due to popular demand a special weekend performance has been added for the general public on Saturday, March 7th @ 11AM & 3PM.
