The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) is offering one child between the ages of 4 - 11 the chance to design the official BBFC Black Card for Wicked: For Good. The winning design will be shown before every UK cinema screening of Wicked: For Good.

This October, Austin Film Festival will host an exclusive panel with Winnie Holzman and Dana Fox, screenwriters of the two-part film adaptation of Wicked. As part of the festival's Writers Conference panels, the pair will delve into the monumental task of bringing the Broadway hit to the big screen.

While visiting the TODAY Show to discuss his “Las Culturistas Culture Awards,' the hosts presented Bowen Yang with a minifigure of his character Pfannee from the two-part adaptation of Wicked.

NBC is set to air Inside the Worlds of Epic Universe, a new special celebrating the opening of Orlando, Florida's new Universal Epic Universe. The special will feature interviews and guest appearances from Wicked director and stars Jon M. Chu and Michelle Yeoh, and Bowen Yang.

Cynthia Erivo, who stars as Elphaba in the big-screen adaptation of Wicked, has recorded an audiobook for Elphie, Maguire's prequel novel, which was released in March. The new audiobook will be available on July 29.

The previously announced Wicked Event Special concert has set a premiere date for Nov. 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, before streaming the next day on Peacock. The special will be led by Wicked stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, taking place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
