The 92Y TALKS presented an evening with the stars and director of the new Broadway musical The Bridges of Madison County prior to it's opening on Broadway. A talk with 'Bridges' Four-Time Tony Award-nominee Kelli O'Hara, Steven Pasquale, and Tony Award-Winning director Bartlett Sher was moderated by Tony Award winning composer/lyricist Adam Guettel in the 92Y's Buttenwieser Hall. Rehearsals for the new Broadway musical will begin today, Monday, December 9, 2013.
Producers Jeffrey Richards, Stacey Mindich, and Jerry Frankel announced that Derek Klena (Wicked) and Caitlin Kinnunen (Spring Awakening) will join the cast of The Bridges of Madison County, the new musical based on the best selling novel by Robert James Waller. The pair will play Michael and Carolyn Johnson, the children of Francesca (Kelli O'Hara) and Bud Johnson (Hunter Foster).

Press night is Saturday, August 3 at 8:00 p.m.
The producers of the Tony Award-winning musical comedy Nice Work If You Can Get It have announced that the Broadway production will play its final performance today, June 15, 2013 after 27 previews and 478 regular performances at the Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street). The production began performances on March 29, 2012 and opened on Apr 24, 2012. A national tour will be launched in the 2014-2015 season.
NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, the Tony Award-winning musical comedy starring two-time Tony Award-winner Matthew Broderick and Tony Award nominee Jessie Mueller, is now in its final two weeks of performances on Broadway. The final performance will be Saturday, June 15.
