The United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) announced this week the appointment of Scott Beightol, partner at Michael Best & Friedrich, as the new chair of the UPAF Board of Directors, succeeding Tim Mattke. Also announced was the appointment of five new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board are Jeff Cady of US Bank, David Caruso of Dynamic Events by David Caruso, Dustin Godsey of Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum, Melanie Maddux of ManpowerGroup and Tim Stewart of DeWitt, LLP.

 Skylight Music Theatre held its annual Skylight Night fundraiser on Saturday, November 6, 2021 with entertainment by Broadway star and Tony Award winner Stephanie J. Block. The gala evening raised more than $65,000 to support Skylight Music Theatre, the highest amount since 2009.

The winners of the 2019 Sydney Theatre Awards were announced tonight at a star-studded ceremony, with 35 Awards presented, shared between 18 productions which played in Sydney during the calendar year of 2019. More than 400 members of the Sydney theatre community packed the York Theatre at the Seymour Centre to celebrate.

The Saturday and Sunday matinee performances will be followed by Q&A sessions, during which the cast will discuss working on the play and its timely messages with the audience in attendance.

The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra presents Symphony Soiree - Onstage with the Orchestra on April 10, 2015. The black tie event, presented in partnership with Forte - MSO Volunteer League, offers a musical adventure in celebration and support of the MSO. Guests will have the unique opportunity to sit onstage with MSO musicians and experience a performance up close, followed by an evening of dinner and dancing at the InterContinental Hotel. The event is chaired by Matthew Pamperin of QuadMed and Amy Sloane of Deloitte.
