Fan-favorite series “The Bold Type” returns to Freeform on Thursday, JUNE 11, at 10:00 p.m. EDT/PDT, continuing its fourth season.

Imagine This Women's International Film Festival (ITWIFF) announced today that it will host Ladies Rocking the Lens: COVID-19 Relief Fund. To support families and healthcare providers, the Ladies Rocking the Lens Series will feature a collection of some of the best projects from its festival's archive to support from the pandemic.

The 4th annual Imagine This Women's International Film Festival (ITWIFF), unveiled its 2019 official lineup.  Today, the the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) announced that Superstore's Lauren Ash will host the 44th Annual Gracie Awards on May 21 at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. Joining her on stage for a special night of performances is nine-time Grammy award-winner Sheryl Crow. The Gracie Awards, presented by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF), honors outstanding individual achievement and programming by, for and about women.

Pasadena Playhouse, the State Theater of California, has transformed the historic theater with an all new version of Ragtime: The Musical as it returns to Los Angeles more than two decades after its premiere at the Shubert Theatre.  With 21 actors and a 16-piece orchestra, this is one of the most ambitious productions in the Playhouse's recent history.

Freeform announced today the second annual Freeform Summit, a network and industrywide event featuring some of the biggest names at the forefront of the network's 2019 programming slate, to be held in Hollywood on THURSDAY, MARCH 28. The summit will also spotlight key influencers, tastemakers and pop culture titans who have dedicated their voices to creating culture and effecting change. This year, the theme for the event will be a reimagined beauty pageant, providing “a stage for everyone” to have a voice, be ambassadors of change and tell stories that matter. Panels will deliver candid conversations surrounding representation, authentic storytelling, inclusion and mentorship, and emphasize how far young adults have pushed society to reexamine cultural norms.

Freeform's “The Bold Type” will end its second season with a first-class trip to Paris for Kat, Sutton and Jane. The breakout drama, which has seen an impressive growth in ratings year-over-year, will air its season finale TUESDAY, AUGUST 7, at 8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT. The critically acclaimed drama will return to Freeform for a third season in spring 2019.
