The Public Theater announced casting today for CORIOLANUS, the second show of The Public's 2019 Free Shakespeare in the Park season. Directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan, the war-torn tragedy seen for the first time in 40 years, begins performances on Tuesday, July 16 and runs through Sunday, August 11, with an official press opening on Monday, August 5.

The original cast of Broadway's Indecent reunited to record the music for the Tony Award-winning production. The recording, which will be released on January 25 by Yellow Sound Label, preserves the haunting and evocative original music for the show, composed by Lisa Gutkin and Aaron Halva, as well as the period songs that were heard throughout the production.

ETHEL is comprised of Ralph Farris (viola), Kip Jones (violin), Dorothy Lawson (cello) and Corin Lee (violin) but when they come together their strings of a feather breathe as one. Perhaps two decades together has birthed such camaraderie, consistency and maturity with a good dash of daring and rebellious nature present in any typical twenty year old. Their sense of playfulness (with each other and the audience) is alive and well, but only becomes profound when teamed with their remarkable discipline and skill. They will discuss how the arts industry can sustain and further the current push for greater trans presence and representation.

After a sold out show in 2017 Johnny and the Devil's Box is coming back to Rockwood! The concert will highlight selections from the new folk musical JOHNNY AND THE DEVIL'S BOX with performances by; George Abud (The Band's Visit), Julie Foldesi (Sunday in the Park with George, Newsies, South Pacific), Don Sparks (Margaritaville), Rema Webb (The Color Purple, Margaritaville), Annabelle Fox, Andrea Laxton, Alex Grubbs, Meghan Glogower, Scott Wasserman and Douglas Waterbury-Tieman.
