Madeleine Martin, currently starring in Atlantic Theater Company's production of HARPER REGAN, will join hosts John Elliot, Lisa Kerney and Carolina Bermudez on WLNY's "Live from the Couch" tomorrow morning, October 17 in the 7:30 AM half-hour. In addition to performing off-Broadway, Madeleine Martin also stars in the hit Showtime series "Californication" and has appeared on Broadway in August: Osage County and The Pillowman.

Just yesterday, Atlantic Theater Company held the grand reopening of its main stage Linda Gross Theater following a historic $8.3 million renovation of the landmark theater housed in a nineteenth century church in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. A dedication ceremony hosted by Atlantic founding members Emmy and Golden Globe Award® winner Felicity Huffman and Academy Award® nominee William H. Macy officially christened the newly renovated theater, featuring a gala cocktail hour attended by Atlantic company members, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer and government officials and a special musical tribute. Atlantic Theater Company opened the world premiere production of STOREFRONT CHURCH, written and directed by Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award® winner John Patrick Shanley, on Monday night, June 11 at the Linda Gross Theater. The production will run through July 1, 2012.

Playwrights, actors and directors from around the country will travel to McCall and, working with local artists and students, develop ten new plays that will be presented to the public free of charge. Since 2001, the Conference has developed more than 100 new plays by some of the most exciting voices in American Theater.
