54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club and 2022 Tony Awards® Honoree for Excellence in the Theatre, has announced special programming throughout the month of June. From Clint Holmes’ dazzling tribute to Peter Allen to the return engagement of Jenn Colella’s sold out show to Rebecca Clark’s uncanny Barbra Streisand concert, the PRIDE month events will celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.

54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will present 54 SINGS FOR PLANNED PARENTHOOD, a benefit for Planned Parnethood’s Action Fund, on Thursday June 8th at 9:30pm.

Maltz Jupiter Theatre welcomes you to the 60's with their production of the musical Hairspray. Featuring music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Shaiman and a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan, the musical is based on the 1988 John Waters film of the same name.

Hairspray, while managing to remain a bounding musical comedy, simultaneously becomes a solemn reminder of our racial past and our turbulent present.

Onstage January 9 through 28, the smash hit musical Hairspray kicks off the New Year at the Theatre. The musical takes place in 1962 Baltimore, where Tracy Turnblad a girl with big hair and an even bigger heart is on a mission to dance her way onto national TV. When her dream comes true on the Corny Collins Show, Tracy transforms from social outcast to teen superstar and sets out to integrate the show.

Bubbling with joy and 60s era music and dance, Hairspray is the Tony Award-winning hit Broadway musical piled bouffant high with laughter, romance, and deliriously tuneful songs. Tracy Turnblad is a teen whose life revolves around dancing on the Corny Collins TV show. Who knew that a teenybopper TV show could be a catalyst for integration? You can't stop the beat, and truth be told, you won't want to once the all-singing and dancing cast takes the stage.

The Syracuse Stage cast of Hairspray will sing on the first level of the Canyon Area of Destiny USA on Saturday, November 8 at 2 p.m. Presented in partnership with iHeart Media (formerly Clear Channel), the cast will be introduced by A.J. from Hot 107.9. Adding to the festivities, November 8 is the first full day that Santa will be at Destiny USA to meet and take photos with children, also in the Canyon Area.
