Westport Country Playhouse's Family Festivities Series will present the new musical "Pete the Cat," based on the series of books by Kimberly and James Dean, on Sunday, April 2, for two performances, at 1 p.m., and 4 p.m.  Produced by Theatreworks USA, the show is recommended for ages 4 to 8. Running time is approximately one hour.  Tickets are $20. 

Westport Country Playhouse, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), and TEAM Westport will partner to present "From Hate to Hope: A Conversation with Holocaust Kindertransport Survivor Ivan Backer," on Wednesday, March 29, at 7 p.m., in the Playhouse's White Barn Center, adjacent to the theater.  

Broadway singer and actress D'Vorah Bailey returns with her solo cabaret show, Wishful Thinking, at The Metropolitan Room on Saturday, April 29 at 7:00 pm.
