Lolita Chakrabarti's dazzling stage adaption of Yann Martel's best-selling novel LIFE OF PI will premiere at Broadway's Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street) with three Olivier Award-winning performers making their Broadway debuts.

The National Geographic documentary film The Flagmakers is being adapted into a stage musical directed by Saheem Ali. John J. Caswell Jr. is adapting the film for the stage. Mark Gordon Pictures executive produced the film and was quick to secure the rights to turn it into a musical.

Founding Artistic Director George Strus has announced the complete cast and additional creative team members for the inaugural Breaking the Binary Theatre Festival. Curated by Strus, Dominique Rider and Josephine Kearns, Breaking the Binary Theatre Festival will feature seven evenings of work created and developed by TNB2S+ theatermakers.

The world premiere of Selina Fillinger’s modern farce POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive, will be filmed for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts. 

The complete cast and creative team have been announced for the first Broadway revival of August Wilson's The Piano Lesson at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. Joining the cast are Nadia Daniel and Jurnee Elizabeth Swan. Rounding out the company are Shirine Babb, Charles Browning, Peter Jay Fernandez, Sharina Martin, Warner Miller, Doron JePaul Mitchell and Kim Sullivan.

BESPOKE PLAYS - a bicoastal new play development series - announces Michael Matthews (The Color Purple, Failure; a Love Story) to direct Kirsten Vangsness (CRIMINAL MINDS; Mess; Cleo, Theo, & Wu) in the first staged reading of a new brute farce by Phinneas Kiyomura (Supper, Lydia in Bed). June Carryl (Y: THE LAST MAN HELSTROM, MIND HUNTER), John Colella (BROOKLYN 99, SILICON VALLEY, FAMILY GUY) and Feodor Chin (BIG LITTLE LIES, Overwatch, League of Legends) complete the cast, with stage directions by Dana Shaw.

ABC has set fall premiere dates for its new and returning series for the upcoming 2022-2023 season, including new female-led dramas “Alaska Daily” and “The Rookie: Feds” as well as the newest primetime game show “Celebrity Jeopardy!” Return dates have also been set for “Abbott Elementary,” “Bachelor in Paradise” and “Grey’s Anatomy.'

Best known for his roles in Larry Clark's 'Bully', and as Damian in Tina Fey's 'Mean Girls'. Danny is the creator of several live comedy shows including rock opera 'Jersey Shoresical: A Frickin' Rock Opera!', and his one-man stand-up performances 'I've Never Really Made the Kind of Money to Become a Mess' and 'Yass! You're Amazing!'
