Burbank International Film Festival Announces 2019 Winners And Finalists

The 11th Annual Burbank International Film Festival announced its winners at their closing night Awards Show and Reception held at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel on September 8. This year's honorees included Ed Asner, Marion Ross, Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel. Over 200 short and full-length films by up-and-coming filmmakers were screened during September 4-8 at the AMC Burbank 16.

The 11th Annual Burbank International Film Festival (BIFF) will honor Ed Asner, Marion Ross, Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel on September 4th-8th at the AMC 16 Theatre in Downtown Burbank. Opening Night will begin with celebrity arrivals, media red carpet and the World Premiere of the documentary film Stallone: Frank, That Is. The film stars Frank Stallone and is about his life as a guitarist, singer, actor and Golden Globe and Grammy-nominated songwriter. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Frank Stallone and the filmmakers.

getTV Will Air HOT IN CLEVELAND Beginning This August

Beginning August 5, getTV will begin airing episodes of the popular sitcom “Hot in Cleveland,” starring Valerie Bertinelli (“One Day at a Time”), Jane Leeves (“Frasier”), Wendie Malick (“Just Shoot Me”) and Betty White (“The Golden Girls”). The series, which ran on TVLand from 2010 to 2015, will air August 5 at 6PM ET.

The EP, “Thomas Road,” is named after the street he grew up on in Decatur, GA and where his passion and love for music took a hold of his desire to become a recording artist. This evening of storytelling with Ms. Ross and Associate Artistic Director Eric Keen-Louie will take place on Monday, April 16, at 7:00 p.m., on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage of the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center.
