The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center and Michael Bush jointly announced today that, after eight years, Mr. Bush is moving on from his position as the artistic director of the O'Neill's Cabaret & Performance Conference due to increased professional obligations directing in New York and regionally. These obligations include the further development of the new musicals STORMY WEATHER, THE PIPER, and his recently acclaimed NYMF production of HIMSELF AND NORA. He will also be a founding partner in a new company, Tritone Productions, which is dedicated to the development of new work.

Feinstein's at Loews Regency presents the New York debut duet engagement of two-time Emmy and five-time Grammy-nominated entertainer Michael Feinstein, and acclaimed Grammy-nominated vocalist Marilyn Maye, through September 22. The two powerhouse entertainers share the nightclub stage for the first time in an evening of dynamic entertainment including pop standards, boogie woogie classics and audience favorites. Stamford Center for the Arts continues its stellar 2012-2013 Season celebrating the 85th Anniversary of the Palace Theatre with a concert featuring living legend Marilyn Maye with Billy Stritch on Friday, October 5th at 8 PM, sponsored by Courtyard by Marriott. Marilyn Maye will also be presenting a master class titled The Art of Performance on Wednesday, October 3rd from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Long-time Cast Party stalwart, Liza Minnelli showed up with concert superstar Michael Feinstein to celebrate her return to "Arrested Development," and his new gig as lead conductor of the Pasadena Pops. Music industry innovator and VH1 President Tom Calderone was honored tonight by the Institute for Music and Neurologic Function (IMNF) with its 12th annual Music Has Power Award. So many cabaret shows, so little time . . . to write reviews that is. Patti LuPone won her second Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical, as well Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards, for her performance as Rose in the most recent Broadway production of Gypsy, and created the title role in Evita on Broadway with her now legendary performance, for which she won her first Tony and Drama Desk Awards. Today, July 4th and tomorrow, July 5th, she will make her Provincetown debut at The Art House, with Sirius/Radio star Seth Rudetsky at the piano, for 3 shows only.
