Today, we're featuring Marcel Marceau in 1983. Marceau joined Jean-Louis Barrault's company and was soon cast in the role of Arlequin in the pantomime, Baptiste (which Barrault had interpreted in the film Les Enfants du Paradis). In 1947 Marceau created Bip the Clown and was first played at the Théâtre de Poche (Pocket Theatre) in Paris. In his appearance he wore a striped pullover and a battered, beflowered silk opera hat.

Dedicated to Barbara and Dr. Ralph Lach in 2010, the new CAPA Ticket Center is located just a few feet from its previous location (from the east side of the Ohio Theatre marquee to the west side). The space was redesigned to enhance customer service and provide patrons with a user-friendly and efficient ticket-buying experience.

Following a sell-out winter season in 2011, SLAVA'S SNOWSHOW returns to London's Southbank Centre for a white Christmas season in 2012. The show's return to the Royal Festival Hall follows a UK Tour in 2011 which saw unseasonable snowstorms in Nottingham, Plymouth, Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Salford, Milton Keynes and Birmingham.
