Playhouse Theatre Group announced the guest artist lineup for ENCORE! ON TAP, its annual fundraiser at New Park Brewing in West Hartford, CT, featuring acclaimed tap dancer Corey Hutchins and a preview of upcoming summer musical THE WILD PARTY.

The ever popular holiday production of Elf The Musical, back for the first time since 2018, opened at Surflight Theatre on November 29th. Learn more about the show here!

SINGIN' IN THE RAIN will run at Playhouse on Park from July 16th to August 17th. The production will be directed by Evan Hoffman, with music direction by Melanie Guerin and choreography by Robert Mintz.

Learn from Broadway stars this summer at Playhouse on Park! Broadway actors and teaching artists Douglas Lyons and Jason Gotay visit the Playhouse as guest teaching artists for the Musical Theatre Preparatory Program. 

Learn from Broadway stars this summer at Playhouse on Park! Broadway actors Douglas Lyons and Jason Gotay visit the Playhouse as guest teaching artists for the Musical Theatre Preparatory Program. Running from July 10-July 21, this two week full-day intensive musical theatre program introduces and prepares young actors (3rd-8th grade) for future training and/or performance in music, dance and theater. Additionally, both Lyons and Gotay will hold evening master classes for ages 16 and up.   

Registration for the Young Actor Musical Theater Preparatory Program at Playhouse on Park is now open! Running from July 10-July 21, this two week full-day intensive musical theatre program introduces and prepares young actors for future training and/or performance in music, dance and theater. We are happy to work with students of all backgrounds and levels of training. All are welcome!

Whether you've just graduated from high school, or are currently in the middle of your undergraduate career, Playhouse on Park has created a program to whip you into shape and feeling great for whatever the fall semester holds. Registration for Summer Jazz Dance Boot Camp: College Prep is now open! The program runs August 7-11, 1-4pm.
