Tonight, NBC will air its sixth live musical production. This past Thursday, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade was able to operate at full capacity. While I watched it from my own home with my family, it was very refreshing to see the fans filling the stands on the broadcast. In addition to the spectacular Radio City Rockettes, Broadway’s Moulin Rouge!, Six, and Wicked all took to the Macy’s stage.

Yesterday, the Broadway casts of Wicked, Six, and Moulin Rouge performed at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Harry Connick Jr., Celina Smith, and the cast of Annie Live also performed 'I Don't Need Anything But You' and 'Tomorrow'. Sara Bareilles, Rene Elise Goldsberry, Jordan Fisher and Darren Criss also performed from floats.

The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade returns this year for its traditional in-person celebration, following last year's made-for-TV edition due to COVID-19. BroadwayWorld was there for the second day of rehearsals for the big day, and you can check out the photos here!
