WHATS NEW PUSSYCAT? THE SOUNDTRACK OF AN ERA the popular Michael Leeds/Kevin Black musical compendium of the music of the 1960s will return to Stage Door Theatre beginning February 19th, and run through March 27th.

Mike Birbiglia: THANK GOD FOR JOKES, a new comedy written and performed by standup comedian Mike Birbiglia, will play Lynn Redgrave Theater, (45 Bleecker Street at the corner of Lafayette Street), opening tonight, February 11th, 2016.

Neal Brennan, a comedian and co-creator of 'The Dave Chappelle Show' will make his New York City theatrical debut in the new show 3 MICS.

 After highly praised runs in New York, London, and Edinburgh, the award-winning solo musical The Lion will play a strictly limited engagement at A.C.T.'s Strand Theater (1127 Market St., San Francisco) April 19-May 1, 2016.

Award-winning singer/songwriter Benjamin Scheuer's solo musical The Lion makes its Washington, D.C. debut at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater. Scheuer uses his guitar-actually, six guitars-to take audiences on a rock 'n' roll journey and tell a heartwarming coming-of-age story that explores his transition from boyhood to manhood. Called an "irresistible winner" and "deeply moving" by New York Daily News, The Lion is presented in association with Eva Price and runs February 26-April 10, 2016 in the Arlene and Robert Kogod Cradle.

Bare Theatre presents A. R. Gurney's Love Letters, the company's first production at Sonorous Road Productions in Raleigh, running February 12 - 28, 2016.

Producers Al Corley ('Dynasty') and Marty Kaplan have announced the world premiere of PHALARIS'S BULL: SOLVING THE RIDDLE OF THE GREAT BIG WORLD, conceived and performed by Steven Friedman and directed by David Schweizer, will play a strictly limited 5 week engagement from tonight, December 12, 2015 to January 16, 2016 at The Beckett Theater at Theatre Row, 410 West 42nd Street.

The Players, the historic private social club on Gramercy Park, will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the cult comedy classic "Clue" with an all-star tribute performance honoring Jonathan Lynn, the film's director and screenwriter, on Sunday, December 13th.

Mike Birbiglia declares that a joke should never end with 'I'm joking.' In his all-new comedy, Birbiglia tiptoes hilariously through the minefield that is modern-day joke-telling. Join Mike as he learns that the same jokes that elicit laughter have the power to produce tears, rage, and a whole lot of getting yelled at. Ultimately it's a show that asks, 'How far should we go for the laugh?'

Rubicon Theatre celebrates the holidays with the company's first presentation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, a World Premiere adaptation written by Producing Artistic Director Karyl Lynn Burns and directed by Brian McDonald. Rubicon's A Christmas Carol features a 24-member cast (the largest ensemble since the company's production of Fiddler on the Roof and the largest ever for a play).
